Employee Share Schemes (ESS) Online - software and online forms
Internet filing enabled software is available from third party software suppliers. They can be used to file your ESS forms to us over the Internet. You can choose the product that best suits your needs. We are pleased to accept forms sent using any of the third party products listed.
This filing option is available once you have registered with our Online Services.
HMRC has only tested the ability of third party products to file valid forms:
34 - SAYE Option Scheme
35 - Company Share Option Plan
39 - Share Incentive Plan
42 - Employment-related securities

so have proved the ability to file a valid return. To ensure the software
