Helpline error on P20.
There is a typing error on p20 of this Bulletin. It says 'Payroll Helpline' - it should say 'Payroll Standard Helpline'.
This Helpline is mostly for software developers who have queries about whether their software will meet the requirements of the Inland Revenue's Payroll Standard Accreditation Scheme. This should not be used for any general payroll queries. If you have a payroll query please phone the Employers Helpline on 0845 7 143 143 (experienced employers) or 0845 6070143 (less than 3 years).
