Money Laundering Regulations 2007

We would like to remind Trust or Company Service Providers and Accountancy Service Providers of the need to register with us and put in place anti-money laundering controls.

Accountancy Service Providers will include Payroll Providers when they undertake payroll functions for a third party and these will include calculating tax liability, earnings or payments made to a business’s employees or deemed employees/subcontractors.
