PAYE (Pay As You Earn): delay to response messages where P14s and P35 sent separately

We have identified that we have not sent an acceptance or rejection message to Internet P35s where:

• P14s and P35 were sent separately
• P14s were sent by EDI and P35 via the Internet
• the P35 was received before the P14s

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We are working to resolve this issue quickly and hope to start issuing messages for these cases this week. We are sending messages as normal in all other cases where the P14s and P35 are sent separately.
